始建于明代，1994年重修。单檐歇山顶。碑楼内保存有明嘉靖十七年真定府知府宋宜祭祀北岳恒山神的《御制祭文》碑一通。对研究明代北岳庙祭祀情况提供了重要资料。

East Stele Pavilion by Yi Song

This pavilion, with single eave hiped-roof,was originally built in the Ming Dynasty, and renovated in 1994. The stele ‘Imperial Funeral Oration’ is placed in this pavilion. Thestele was written by the magistrate of Zhending Prefecture, Yi Song, when hesacrificed the god of Beiyue Hengshan Mount in the seventeenth year of theJiajing reign. It has high research values to study the sacrifices to Beiyue atthe Ming Dynasty.
